As a seasoned recruitment leader, I partner with startups and VCs to handle their in-house recruitment on a fractional basis. I have 15+ years of experience in recruiting and can either lead large-scale recruiting efforts or supplement your existing team. When I'm not growing companies, you'll find me in the Seattle area downhill skiing with my kids, running, shooting hoops, and playing a little golf. I'm a Milwaukee native and cheer on the Bucks, Brewers, and Packers whenever I can.
